I’m currently in Colorado, enjoying the view of the Rockies, sipping a cup of coffee.
Ever since moving to Texas and especially my first hiking trip to Big Bend National Park, I’ve been enamored with wide open spaces. The western states all share the clarity of the air and vastness of space.
The West has a world of sky. You can look around and see multiple weather patterns unfold. Sun rises and sun sets paint the sky.
Hiking and camping in the western states is always a treat. The best thing is waking up, early in the morning, unzipping the tent door and waking up on another page of National Geographic.
